Evidence packet
Incident cover sheet, source and canonical URLs, platform or account identifiers, capture timestamps, screenshot manifest, hash manifest where lawful, and sealed original packet for counsel-controlled use.
takeitdown.help Legal Network | operated by Custodire AI
Join the takeitdown.help Legal Network, operated by Custodire AI. takeitdown.help helps eligible adult victims preserve proof safely, seal it into a structured evidence packet, and route it to independent local counsel when other remedies are not enough.
takeitdown.help and Custodire AI are not law firms. We do not provide legal advice or guarantee representation. We prepare privacy-conscious technical evidence exports for review by victims, authorities, platforms, and independent legal professionals.
Why this network exists
They arrive with fragments: screenshots without URLs, messages deleted in panic, platform reports with no ticket numbers, and content that may disappear before counsel can inspect it.
The Legal Network exists to close that gap. takeitdown.help handles the evidence layer. Local counsel handles legal judgment.
What counsel receives
Incident cover sheet, source and canonical URLs, platform or account identifiers, capture timestamps, screenshot manifest, hash manifest where lawful, and sealed original packet for counsel-controlled use.
A counsel-ready summary helps answer what happened, where it happened, what has already been preserved, and which response windows or deadlines may matter.
takeitdown.help does not direct legal strategy. We route a prepared record to independent legal professionals who decide whether to advise, decline, refer, or act.
Approved partners may be listed only after appropriate registry and practice-scope checks, with clear independence language and no promise of representation.
Who we recruit
We recruit attorneys, solicitors, barristers, bengoshi, PRC-licensed lawyers, Russian counsel, legal-aid organizations, privacy and reputation practices, victim-rights lawyers, and pro bono coordinators.
How the network works
Counsel selects a jurisdiction, reviews the evidence standard, and studies the ethics and scope boundaries.
Professional status, practice scope, secure evidence handling, and conflict-check commitments are reviewed before listing.
Eligible adult matters are shared only after victim authorization and counsel conflict review.
If counsel accepts, a sealed evidence packet and redacted review copy are transferred through secure handoff.
Evidence package standard
Evidence packets are designed around capture provenance, timestamp consistency, cryptographic fixity, access logging, minimal raw-media movement, redacted and sealed export separation, written handoff records, and local-law routing notes.
We do not promise automatic admissibility in any jurisdiction.
Source URL / canonical URLIdentify the content precisely.
Capture timestampEstablish when the content was observed.
Access logSupport chain-of-custody and confidentiality review.
Redacted copyPermit safer review without unnecessary intimate-data exposure.
Country briefings
Country pages are part of the Legal Network rollout. The tiles are visible now so the L2-L7 country pages can attach to the same routing pattern.
Legal Network benefits
Approved firms can receive a jurisdiction-specific directory profile describing practice areas, languages, coverage, and intake model.
